ONGOING PSYCHODRAMA TRAINING AT OUTSIDE THE BOX-STUDIO
Psychodrama is the use of action techniques to explore an individual’s private and public world in a multi-dimensional way.   The goal is to enrich, bring clarity, and gain a new perspective in one’s life and relationships.  Psychodrama is useful in helping an individual express unexpressed feelings and to find and practice new ways to change unsatisfying situations in one’s life.   Psychodrama may be used with groups, individuals and provides a creative approach to human growth.

In this workshop series, participants will learn both the theory and techniques of psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy using an experiential learning model.  Trainees will have an opportunity to explore through structured exercises, vignettes and full psychodramas various issues and learn skills that can be applied in their own life or professional settings.

Completion of this workshops offer 12 credit hours toward psychodrama certification OR continuing education credits.
