Guest Instructor

Victoria Eubanks

Victoria brings 30 years of design experience to her art studio, but in an effort to be less tethered to her computer, she now chooses to pursue a more tactile interest in fine art. Victoria works primarily with encaustic, a medium that is not only tactile, but fires up all your senses. She describes it this way, "I paint with molten wax, using heat to fuse the brush strokes. I can dig and scrape or smooth the surface. I can smell the honey in the beeswax, feel the heat and the texture beneath my fingers, see the piece develop in my hands." Victoria’s work hangs in many private and corporate art collections and has been included over 60 exhibitions. She is passionate about teaching and leads classes at various art centers throughout Colorado.
